Will my patio get leaks?

Our patios are created to be a shade structure against the sun. Please NOTE: the patio cover is NOT waterproof and may experience leaks from rain. Leaks are normal, especially L-shaped Fascia/Homes, 2-story homes with no gutters, and chimneys pop outs have a high chance of leaking.

WET WALL: Stucco saturation may occur where a patio cover is connected to a stucco wall. It is caused by micro cracks in the stucco, which usualy happens as the house settles...Very normal. The wall becomes "wet". This is not a leak. (See Video below)

2 STORY HOMES WITH NO GUTTERS: If you live in a 2 story home it is recommended to have gutters as a downpour of rain from second story can overload the patio.

GUTTERS ON INSULATED PATIOS: It is the homeowners responsiblity to clean out their gutters regularly. A clogged gutter restricts the water flow causing it to overflow.
